A GOLF fan was knocked off his chair by a wayward shot at the European Open.
Golfer Thriston Lawrence hit an errant shot on the 15th hole during his final round of the tournament.

But he did not appear to shout ‘fore’ – the word that is called out on golf courses to warn spectators they might be in the firing line.
As a result, the fan was unaware of the ball heading in his direction so was unable to avoid it, and he was knocked over.
Sky Sports Golf commentator Mark Roe was shocked by the incident, and after the fan was struck he said: “Oh no no. No, no, no.”
Viewers were also not impressed by the incident and took aim at Lawrence for his lack of care.
One reacted saying: “Should have shouted fore there, unbelievable.”
Another added: “We have a top secret code we use when we play – “FORE!”.”
A third wrote: “Absolute joke that you hit a golf ball and it’s heading for someone and you don’t shout fore.”
And another commented: “So you turn Pro and don’t have to worry about golfing etiquette ”
